The pleasure to design such a personal project is like no other. Angela is one of my childhood besties and what a treat it was to design this invite.

Angela and her partner Josh knew they were having a little girl and having pink on the invite was something that felt right. Feminine, floral and a touch of sparkle (ended up with gold) was the brief.
I love a floral moment, so got to sketching flowers and settled on simplified daisies, symbolising purity, innocence, and childlike wonder, as well as new beginnings and fresh starts. They can also represent true love, loyalty, friendship, and cheerfulness. All values that resonated with Angela during the ideation process.
